Fired From The Police, 2 West Papua Police Who Prayerted For The 77th TNI Anniversary Anniversary Joining The Appeal

PAPUA - Two members of the West Papua Police Pollantas who mocked and embezzled the TNI's 77th Anniversary cake were processed with dishonorable discharge (PTDH). The decision to dismiss Bripda D and Bripda F was determined in a trial of the professional code of ethics held at the West Papua Regional Police Headquarters, Friday 7 October.

"The two violators, namely Bripda YFP and Bripda YMB, were declared to have committed disgraceful acts so that the Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH) of the National Police institution," said Head of Public Relations of the West Papua Police Kombes Pol Adam Erwindi, quoted from Antara, on Friday, October 7th.

Before undergoing a code of ethics trial, the two violators first underwent examination and detention at the West Papua Police Detention Center since October 5, 2022.

Regarding the PTDH decision which was read out directly by the Head of Propam Polda West Papua Kombes Pol. Bulang Bayu Samudra, the two violators declared an appeal. "The two violators appealed the decision of the code of ethics trial so that we are waiting for other legal remedies that will be taken by the two violators," said Adam.

The action of Bripda D and Bripda F mocked and sniffed the 7th Anniversary of the TNI, which has been viral on social media since Wednesday, October 5, 2022. The cake was brought by both of them to be delivered from the West Papua Regional Police to the Kasuari Military Command. For the actions of the two violators, West Papua Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Daniel Tahi Monang Silitongga apologized publicly to the Kapdam Kasuari and TNI on Wednesday 5 October evening.
