After The Breaking Wall Incident, 3 Students Were Killed, 19 MTsN Students, 19 Pondok Labu Learning Online

JAKARTA - After the collapse of the MTsN 19 Jakarta wall, Director General of Islamic Education of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Muhammad Ali Ramdhani said he would conduct a distance learning process (PJJ) for these school students.

"For the time being, we are doing the learning process through PJJ," said Ali at MTsN 19 Jakarta, 7 October.

However, Ali said that in the future he will find a nearby school to hold face-to-face teaching and learning activities for MTsN 19 Jakarta students.

"Well, in the future, we will see the feasibility of this madrasa. Maybe we will try to find the nearest madrasa here. Here there is MAN 11," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the MTsN 19 Jakarta Sekolag, Chawa, confirmed that his students temporarily carried out PJJ.

"PJJ's learning," he concluded.

As is known, as many as three students died due to being hit by a school guard wall that collapsed due to flooding at MTsN 19 Pondok Labu, Cilandak, South Jakarta, on Thursday at around 14.50 WIB.

The school wall collapsed allegedly due to overflowing Krukut River water pressure due to high rainfall intensity.
