Open Mediation Opportunities, What If Lesti Kejora Withdraws Rizky Billar's Report?

JAKARTA - Rizky Billar will be summoned to the South Jakarta Metro Police tomorrow, Thursday, October 6. Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, said Rizky Billar would be summoned and questioned.

However, what if in the middle of the road Lesti Kejora chose peace and withdrew the report? The following is Nurma Dewi's explanation.

"So the reporting of brother L is a complaint offense. If the victim feels a loss and reports it can be processed. The complaint offense can mediate, if the report is withdrawn, the process is complete," he said, Tuesday, October 4.

"So if it has been revoked from the victim's brother, the process can be completed. But if there is an apology, the victim does not withdraw the report, it can continue for criminal acts," he continued.

Currently, the police have taken CCTV at the scene of the case at Lesti and Rizky's house. "There is evidence and statements from witnesses who directed it to the alleged one," he said.

If the report is not withdrawn, the process will continue. After Rizky Billar's examination, there will be a reconstruction.

"Obviously there will be a reconstruction if the report continues. We'll just ask for information tomorrow," he said.

Meanwhile, he has left the hospital. However, Lesti did not return to the house that was contracted with Rizky illa.

"(That's right) the person concerned has left Bunda Hospital. So if there is a picture using a plaster, it was at the Bunda Hospital. Now he is also leaving (the hospital) in such a condition but is already at home," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol. Endra Zulpan.

Endra Zulpan explained that Lesti Kejora did not want to stay face to face with Rizky Billar due to severe trauma.

The person concerned does not want to be in the same house as Muhammad Rizky's brother due to trauma and fear. Currently there is a place that I don't think needs to be conveyed because the person concerned and his lawyer asked so," he continued.
