YG Entertainment Take Lawlines For The Spread Of BLACKPINK's Personal Photos Of Jennie

JAKARTA - Long awaited, YG Entertainment's agency finally opened its voice about the leaking photos of BLACKPINK's Jennie. It is known that a number of photos that Jennie has never uploaded have surfaced to the internet.

Starting from photos of yourself to photos with V BTS when the two went to Jeju. Even though BTS and BLACKPINK did not confirm the relationship, both of them have been targets of hatred since photos circulated.

YG Entertainment also released a statement in which they took legal action to disseminate false information and spread the personal photo.

"We have asked the police to investigate the first spread of BLACKPINK's personal photo. YG will continue to monitor connected content and we have filed a complaint at the end of September," YG Entertainment said.

To minimize losses, YG declined to comment. However, rumors, personal attacks, sexual harassment, and privacy violations occurred indiscriminately, so we don't think we can ignore this," they continued.

YG will take legal action to sue anyone who damages the reputation of their artist, not just Jennie.

"We inform you that we have filed a defamation complaint based on the Information and Communication Network Act, a violation of the prohibition of the spread of illegal information, and the use of indecent communication media," he continued.

The photos circulating online are illegally exposed regardless of a person's personal intentions. Sharing photos is not only a secondary violation but can also be subject to law," concluded YG Entertainment.

In early September, photos of Jennie and V circulating made fans excited. It didn't stop there, when BLACKPINK made a comeback, a photo showing V kissing Jennie was also circulating on the internet.

Both HYBE Labels and YG Entertainment are reluctant to comment on the relationship between the two artists.
