Pekalongan Police, Unloading Cases Of Circular Of Sabu And Ganja
JAKARTA - Pekalongan Police, Central Java, conducted this last three days of operation and revealed two cases of drugs; the circulation of methamphetamine and marijuana as well as securing the two suspects.
Pekalongan Police Chief, AKBP Wahyu Rohadi said the two suspects were Susanto (35) a resident of Samborejo, Pekalongan Regency and Didik Prayoga (23) a resident of Jenggot, Pekalongan Regency.
"Two suspects were arrested by the police on September 18, 2022 in different locations," said AKBP Wahyu, Wednesday, September 21, quoted from Antara.
The suspect Susanto is known to have circulated about 11.8 grams of methamphetamine and Didik Prayoga as a marijuana dealer weighing 30.52 grams.
The disclosure of the case carried out by the suspect Susanto began with information from the public who suspected drug transactions in Samborejo Village, Tirto District.
The police who received the information then carried out a covert investigation and patrol as well as arrested the suspect Susanto, who was suspected of being a methamphetamine courier.
From the results of the arrest, the police managed to secure three packages of methamphetamine weighing about 11.84 grams, a cell phone, a suction device, a digital scale, and a plastic clip set.
As for the suspect Didik Prayoga, the police secured a package of marijuana weighing 30.52 grams and a cell phone.
Wahyu Rohadi said the suspect Susanto would be charged with Article 114 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum penalty of 5 years in prison and a maximum of 20 years in prison.
Meanwhile, the suspect Didik Prayoga will be suspected of Article 111 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum penalty of 4 years in prison and a maximum of 12 years in prison.
