Adobe Acquisition Of Figma, Will Digital Creative Industry Domination Company?

JAKARTA multinational computer software company Adobe is reportedly buying Figma, a collaborative web app for the interface design. The merger will take the two companies to new lanes in dominating the creative industry.

The information was announced by Adobe, who succeeded in reaching an agreement to acquire Figma. As the announcement, the deal is worth 20 billion US dollars, half of which will be paid in cash and the rest with shares.

Cash balances can be sourced through futures loans. With the agreement scheduled to close in 2023, the duo Adobe and Figma will operate independently. After completing the transaction, Dylan Field will be responsible for the Sigma brand and will report to David Wadhwani, the business president of Digital Media Adobe.

As per the announcement, Figma has a market that can be address at 16.5 billion US dollars and will add 200 million US dollars in ARR to maintain relative productivity as a business. This impressive finance will add to Adobe's profits as both companies want to make a new future together.
