The UK Is Called The North Korean Law Present At Queen Elizabeth II Cemetery, But Only For The Ambassador Level

JAKARTA - Britain invited representatives from North Korea to attend Queen Elizabeth's funeral on Monday week, a British Foreign Office source said on Wednesday.

The source also continued, Afghanistan, Syria, and Venezuela will be on the list of countries that will not be invited to attend funerals.

"The invitation to North Korea will be at the ambassador level," the source said.

Syria and Venezuela will not be invited because Britain currently has no diplomatic ties to these countries. Afghanistan was not invited due to the current political situation, the source continued.

Thus, Syria, Venezuela, and Afghanistan, joined Russia, Myanmar, and Belarus to the list of uninvited countries.

Queen Elizabeth II's funeral will take place in London on September 19.

Hundreds of foreign officials will join members of the Royal family, the British prime minister first and now until key figures at Westminster Abbey, a historic church that can accommodate around 2,000 people, at 11.00 local time, launches the Telegraph.

"This is the biggest international event we've held in decades", said a meanswoman.

Invitations are sent over the weekend to heads of state who have diplomatic relations with the UK. For most countries, it means that the head of state is added by one guest.
