Moreover, it is also considered more effective during the trial process.However, Ketut stated that the decision was made by the public prosecutor (JPU)."It can be combined in one indictment based on the authority of the public prosecutor," said Ketut.Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is known to have a suspect in two cases related to the death of Brigadier J.First, as a suspect in premeditated murder. In this case, he is charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code and Article 56 of the 1st Criminal Code.Second, Ferdy Sambo is also a suspect in the obstruction of justice. In this case, he violated Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 Paragraph (1) of the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) and Article 221 Paragraph (1) 2nd and/or 233 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code and or Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
