The National Police Chief Asks For Substitutes To Care For Leaders: Busuk Fish Starting From Head

JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo asked all his staff to dare to correct the leadership if mistakes were found. Especially, violations that can injure the community's sense of justice.

"Pot fish certainly starts from the head, let's remind each other. The superiors remind each other. The subordinates are the same," said General Listyo Sigit, quoted from the Instagram account @listyosigitprabowo, Monday, September 12.

According to him, there is nothing wrong with the subordinates reminding their leaders. In fact, it is good to do it in an organization.

Thus, its members do not immediately carry out leadership orders that are deemed to have violated the rules.

"The subordinates also said that 'the commander looks like this is wrong', that's legal," he said.

"Don't be used to accepting things that don't fit, then colleagues don't dare to express their colleagues' opinions," continued Sigit.

Apart from that, the four-star general stated that he would no longer reprimand his members who violated the rules. Strict action in the form of removal will be carried out immediately.

Imi's firm steps will apply to all ranks, both male police (Polki) and female police officers (Polwan).

"If there is a report, I don't need to reprimand anymore, I will immediately process it, I will immediately remove it," said Sigit.
