8 Political Parties In Banyumas Alleged To Be Catut 12 Residents' Name Starting From Police Members, Civil Servants And Teachers As Members
PURWOKERTO - The General Elections Commission (KPU) of Banyumas Regency, Central Java, immediately clarified residents whose names were suspected of being members of a political party (political party) for prospective participants in the 2024 General Election.Until now there have been 12 responses from the public who complained that their names were included as members of political parties."Even though the person concerned is not a member of a political party," said a member of the KPU Banyumas Regency, the Technical Division of the Implementation, Hanan Wiyoko in Purwokerto, Banyumas, Antara, Wednesday, September 7.Of the 12 responses of the community, he said, 4 responses were submitted online through the https://helpdesk.kpu.go.id page, 3 responses were submitted directly to the Banyumas Regency KPU, and 5 responses were submitted through the Banyumas Regency General Elections Supervisory Body (Bawaslu).Meanwhile, in terms of work, he continued, there were 12 complainants who worked as members of the National Police, teachers, state civil servants (ASN), nurses, and the private sector."There are eight political parties that are suspected of including the names of complainants as members," he explained.Hanan said that his party plans to bring together the complainants with political parties at the Banyumas Regency KPU Office on Sunday next week in the context of clarification.According to him, the clarification was carried out based on a letter from the Indonesian KPU Number 670/PL.01.1-SD/05/2022 regarding Public Response.Pada poin 5 huruf c dalam surat KPU RI itu, kata dia, disebutkan "Tindak lanjut klarifikasi akan dilakukan oleh KPU kabupaten/kota terhadap kontengan dengan metode klarifikasi secara langsung dengan menghadirkan masyarakat yang mengajukan tanggapan dan mengamudahkan dengan partai politik dimaksud ( proses klarifikasi dapat merujuk pada Pasal 39 Ayat (1) Peraturan KPU Nomor 4 Tahun 2022)".Meanwhile, in point 5 letter d it is stated "In the event that the complainant is met with the defendant (political party) for certain reasons that can threaten or harm the interests of the complainant, the organizers can hear the information of the complainant separately"."We are currently still finalizing the administrative verification of political party membership and according to information the time will be extended until September 9. Today, we are waiting for an official letter from the Indonesian KPU," said Hanan.
