Bring Persib Bandung Good Luck To RANS Nusantara, Luis Milla's Success In Debut As A Coach In Liga 1

JAKARTA - Luis Milla made his debut as Persib Bandung coach by winning the full three points against RANS Nusantara FC after winning 2-1 over his guest in the eighth week of the Indonesian League 1 match at the Bandung Stadium, Sea Api, Bandung, Sunday.

David da Silva and Ciro Alves took Persib two goals ahead until halftime, while RANS hit back through Wander Luiz in the second half but had to be willing to go home from Bandung empty-handed.

The victory lifted Persib up to 10th in the standings with 10 points, while RANS was in 16th position with five points, according to the Indonesian League's official website.

Persib took the initiative to attack from the start but only created a significant threat in the 26th minute which immediately resulted in an opening goal for the lead when Da Silva capitalized on Alves' pass with a hard kick to find the RANS goal.

Febri Hariyadi almost doubled Maung Bandung's lead when he executed a free kick, unfortunately the ball can still be parried by goalkeeper RANS Hilman Syah.

The hosts doubled their lead over RANS to 2-0 minutes into extra time in the first half through Alves' penalty, after Rachmat Irianto was dropped in the box.
