Gamescom 2022 Capai 130 Million Display, Organizers Announce Gamescom Date 2023

JAKARTA - Gamescom 2022 officially ended on Sunday, August 28 yesterday. According to the official website, there were more than 250,000 visitors who attended the game exhibition held in Cologne, Germany.

Gamescom Opening Night Live started a trading show last week and has garnered 12 million views. Of the entire program, Gamescom 2022 managed to garner more than 130 million views, on Saturday night.

Due to the great enthusiasm of fans, at the game exhibition, the organizers finally announced that Gamescom would be here again in 2023.

Gamescom 2023 will take place from August 23 to 27 next year. Then, the next Gamescom Opening Night Live will take place on August 22, 2023.

"Every year, an amazing new game is presented in gamescom. In terms of expertise, creativity, and innovation, game developers deserve recognition for their achievements, that's why we respect the best new game presented on gamecom," the organizer wrote on the website.

The showcase this year contains a myriad of announcements. Starting from the new trailer for Hogwarts Legacy, then a new trailer from Sonic Frontiers was also released. Then the Dead Island 2 reappeared which came out on February 3, 2023 for consoles and PCs.
