Suspect Muzakir Langkir Claims To The Central Lombok Kejari Participating In The Crime Of The BLUD Corruption Fund, The Attorney General's Office Orders Aswas To Go Down

I have ordered Aswas to clarify how far is the truth," said Sungarpin in Mataram, Antara, Monday, August 29.The NTB Kajati order to investigate the alleged flow of BLUD funds into the Adhyaksa Corps is a follow-up to the statement of one of the suspects in the alleged corruption case of BLUD funds for the 2017-2020 period, Muzakir Langkir.Doctor Muzakir, who is the Director of the Praya Hospital through his attorney, Lalu Anton Hariawan said that his party held evidence of BLUD funds flowing into the Central Lombok Kejari."We have secured the receipt," said Anton.Dia pun menyatakan bahwa tersangka dokter Muzakir siap membantu kejaksaan apabila serius dengan komitmen untuk membongkar kasus ini dan mengungkap para pihak yang turut menikmati dana BLUD."If it is serious, we are ready to help (the prosecutor's office)," he said.Even in his seriousness in dismantling other people's involvement, which is said to have flowed to regional officials and law enforcement officials, Anton emphasized that his party is now preparing materials for doctor Muzakir's plan to volunteer as a justice collaborator (JC) or a witness to the perpetrator."So, we are still preparing and discussing with our client (doctor Muzakir), especially regarding the submission to become a JC," he said.In the alleged corruption case of BLUD funds for the 2017-2020 period, doctor Muzakir was named a suspect along with the official making the commitment (PPK) of the Praya Hospital for the 2016-2022 period, with the initials AS, and Treasurer of the Praya Hospital for the 2017-2022 period, with the initials BPA.Based on the results of the investigation, there was a state loss from the calculation of the Central Lombok Inspectorate with a minimum value of Rp. 1.88 billion.The loss arose in the management of the BLUD funds at the Praya Hospital which did not comply with applicable regulations. One of the work items relates to the procurement of dry food and wet food. The loss value for the work reached at least Rp. 890 million.Sebagai tersangka, ketiga pejabat RSUD Praya tersebut dikenakan Pasal 2 dan atau Pasal 3 Juncto Pasal 18 Juncto Pasal 12 huruf e Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20/2001 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Juncto Pasal 54 ayat 1 Ke-1 KUHP.
