The Fate Of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo As A Member Of The National Police Will Be Determined Today

JAKARTA - The National Police stated that the future of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as a member of the Bhayangkara Corps will be determined today. The verdict on the former Head of the National Police Propam Division will be decided directly at the end of the Police Code of Conduct Commission (KKEP) session.

"Yes, it will be determined today," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, to reporters, Thursday, August 25.

Ferdy Sambo's fate, which will be determined today, said Dedi, is in line with the order of the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Because, in his order, all matters relating to the case of Brigadier J's murder must be completed quickly.

"Because according to the order of the National Police Chief, everything is running in parallel and must be fast," said Dedi.

Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's KKEP trial will be led by a three-star general, Komjen Ahmad Dofiri.

Then, the trial process will also present five witnesses. Their statement is to explore Ferdy Sambo's role in the Brigadier J.

Meanwhile, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo has been present in the courtroom since 07.30 WIB at the TNCC Building, Police Headquarters.

Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is a suspect in the premeditated murder case against Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Then there are four other suspects, namely, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Maruf, and Putri Candrawati, wife of Ferdy Sambo as suspects.

They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
