JAKARTA - The National Police Chief General Sigit Prabowo stated that the absence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo to the public after being named a suspect in the murder of Brigadier J was an investigative strategy. However, it was emphasized that at the right time the figure of Ferdy Sambo would be shown to the public.
"So it is part of the investigative strategy carried out by the Timsus," said Sigit to reporters, Wednesday, August 24.
One of the moments that will later present Inspector General Ferdy Sambo to the public during the delegation process to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). That is if the file that has been submitted is declared complete by the research prosecutor.
In the rules, if the file is complete, then all suspects and evidence will be handed over to their authority for the trial process.
"Because the process is currently underway, we leave everything to the Timsus, because this is part of the investigation strategy," said Sigit.
Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is one of the suspects in the murder of Brigadier J. The reason is that Inspector General Ferdy Sambo considers his aide to have hurt the dignity of his family.
In addition to Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, the National Police team also named four other suspects, namely Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Maruf and Putri Candrawathi.
They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
