There Are Allegations Of Buying And Selling Practices Of DKI ASN Positions, Deputy Governor Threatens To Give Sanctions
JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, responded to the news about the practice of buying and selling ASN positions in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which was revealed by the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD.
Riza admitted that his party would investigate the truth. The former member of the DPR emphasized that the person who traded the position of a government employee was not justified.
"In principle, we, the leadership of the provincial government do not and do not justify this. We will check this information again, examine the truth. Anyone who does something that does not comply will of course be punished," said Riza at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building, Wednesday, August 24. .
Previously, the chairman of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Gembong Warsono, explained that there was a practice of buying and selling ASN positions within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government during the leadership of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
"At the end of the governor's term, I heard many problems with our ASN in the sale and purchase of placements. How many people have I found," said Gembong.
Gembong said the traded positions were in various positions, ranging from the village head, the section head of the regional work unit (SKPD), to the sub-district head.
He gave an example, the position of shifting positions from sub-section head to section head in the same echelon is priced at Rp. 60 million. Then, the position of the lurah costs up to Rp. 100 million. Meanwhile, the position of sub-district head is worth Rp. 200 million to Rp. 250 million.
This member of Commission A of the DKI DPRD admitted that it was an open secret that the sale and purchase of positions to government employees had been going on for a long time. However, according to him, this practice became more widespread during Anies' tenure as DKI Governor.
"Nowadays there are more and more because now there are more who interfere. This means, Anies has so many teams. So, it is these hands that sometimes interfere with the SKPD," said Gembong.
Therefore, Gembong urged the Kebon Sirih parliament to form a special committee (pansus) for personnel. He hopes that the leadership of Commission A and the leadership of the DPRD will approve the formation of a special committee to dismantle the practice of buying and selling positions.
"My proposal is to form a special committee. If the special committee is formed, everything will be revealed (the sale and purchase of ASN positions in the DKI Provincial Government)," he added.
