Doni Salmanan's Objection At Trial Was Rejected By The Judge Of The Bandung District Court, The Trial Continued With Witnesses
BANDUNG - The Panel of Judges of the Bale Bandung District Court (PN) rejected the exception filed by the defendant in the binary options investment fraud case, Doni Salmanan, in the interim decision trial, at Bale Bandung District Court, Bandung Regency, West Java.
"Trying one, rejecting the exceptions to the objections of the defendant's legal counsel," said the head of the panel of judges, Achmad Satib, Thursday, August 18.
The judge also decided that the trial should continue to the evidentiary stage, with the agenda of examining a number of witnesses.
The judge also asked the prosecutor to present a number of witnesses related to Doni Salmanan's charges.
"Ordered the public prosecutor to present evidence in court to prove the charges against the defendant," said the judge.
According to the judge, the memorandum of objection or exception from the legal adviser has entered the subject matter of the case. So according to the judge, the matter that became the material of the objection note needed to be tested for truth at the trial.
Doni Salmanan's attorney, Ikbar Firdaus, asked Doni to be brought to the courtroom. Because since the inaugural trial, Doni Salmanan has attended the trial online from the Jelekong Penitentiary (Lapas).
"Perhaps we will apply again to present the defendant at trial, in order to make it easier to unravel the relationship between the witnesses presented and the defendant," said Ikbar.
In addition, Ikbar also asked parties who felt they were victims of Doni Salmanan to be presented at the trial to unravel the case.
Because, he said, there should be no party claiming to be a victim, but not going through verification.
"No one should take advantage of this situation and claim to be a victim is not fair," he said.
