Tomorrow, Komnas Ham Accompanied By The National Police Labfor Checks The Crime Scene Of The Shooting Of Brigadier J In Duren Tiga

JAKARTA - The National Police Forensic Laboratory (Labfor) will accompany the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) to check the crime scene (TKP) of the death of Brigadier J at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta. The agenda plan is carried out on Monday, August 15.

The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo confirmed the plan to check the Duren Tiga TKP by Komnas HAM, including accompanied by Inafis and a police doctor.

"The information is that, later accompanied by Labfor, Inafis, and police doctors. It's just time to wait for "updates" again," said Dedi when confirmed, Antara, Sunday, August 14.

Previously, Komnas HAM RI found strong indications of human rights violations in the case of Brigadier J's death, particularly those leading to obstruction of justice or efforts to hinder law enforcement.

"That's why one of our focuses, for example on the issue of 'obstruction of justice' in the context of the police, is the destruction of the crime scene," said Komnas HAM Commissioner Mohammad Choirul Anam in Jakarta, last Thursday.

Komnas HAM, he said, studied and paid attention to the "obstruction of justice" in the case. Because if found, it is part of human rights violations.

Komnas HAM has examined Inspector General Ferdy Sambo who was named a suspect in the alleged premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

Ferdy Sambo was named a suspect along with two aides and a domestic assistant who is also a driver. The three were Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E, Brigadier Chief Ricky Rizal or Bripka RR, and Strong Maaruf or KM (civilian).
