3 North Kalimantan Regional Police Personnel Disrespectful Fired For Desertion
TARAKAN - The North Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda Kaltara) has dishonorably discharged (PTDH) three of its personnel who committed violations.
"Regarding the disrespectful dismissal of three personnel, so that other personnel can take lessons and examples because for the Kaltara Police this is the first time," said Kaltara Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Kasmudi while leading the PTDH ceremony, at the Kaltara Police Headquarters Field, in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 8.
The dismissal ceremony was held in the absence of the three dismissed police officers. The activity was attended by the Main Officer of the Kaltara Police and all personnel at the Kaltara Police Headquarters.
The three personnel who were fired, namely Aipda Edy Suriadi, were members of Company 1 Battalion A of the Brimob Unit of the Kaltara Police. With a proven violation of illegally leaving the task without the permission of the leadership for more than 30 consecutive working days.
Then Bripka Akhmad Adi Pradana is Pamin Urkeu Subbagrenmin Ditpolairud Polda Kaltara. With proven violations of moral norms, religious norms and values of local wisdom and legal norms.
Next Brigadier Ilham is Brigadier Bidkum Polda Kaltara. With proven violations of moral norms, religious norms and local wisdom values and legal norms and illegally leaving duties without permission from the leadership for more than 30 consecutive working days.
"The disrespectful dismissal of the three Kaltara Polda personnel was due to desertion or not carrying out their obligations as members of the National Police," Kasmudi said.
The PTDH ceremony was carried out based on the Decree of the Kaltara Regional Police Chief Number: Kep/65/Il/2022, dated 08/08/2022.
He hopes that in the future there will be no more personnel who make the same violation, because for every violation there must be sanctions or punishments, both criminal penalties and disciplinary penalties and the Police's professional code of ethics.
The Deputy Chief of Police also expressed his gratitude to all personnel who have given a good appearance in their duties.
"All personnel of the Kaltara Regional Police are to be good and disciplined police officers by not committing the slightest violation and always being professional police officers and loved by the community," said the Deputy Chief of Police.
