Horrible Video Polantas Debate With Motorcyclists In Cideng, Police Chief: Video Recorder Believes It's Fake Police
JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta Metro Police are still continuing to investigate the viral video shown by the police who have disagreements regarding traffic violations with motorists in the Cideng area, Gambir, Central Jakarta.
"From the video we got, the video maker believes that it is a fake police officer who resembles an officer. But we anticipate that it will not be a real policeman, we will check and look for characteristics," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin when contacted by VOI, Sunday, August 7th.
Until now, Kombes Komarudin stated that his party was still searching for the person who was mentioned by the police and went viral in the Cideng area.
"We have made a match with several members who are identical or similar, starting from gestures and body shape. There are some that are similar but almost undeniable because the person concerned is in a state of care and his status is under the supervision of the health care provider," he said.
The police chief emphasized that his party was continuing to make efforts to reveal the viral video in order to find out the motive and the actual incident that occurred in the Cideng area.
"We are still making efforts, until now every day we deploy Paminal Teams on several roads where the police often say they trap people. Among them are in Mangga Dua, Roxy and several other places," said Kombes Komarudin.
He also appealed to all vehicle users to obey traffic rules to avoid similar incidents.
"We urge all road users to obey traffic rules, even if they violate the rules, follow the applicable rules and ask for a ticket. If there are officers who offer peace, don't follow them. he explained.
