Build A Wall Until The Neighbors Can't Leave The House, Apparently This Is The Main Cause
JAKARTA - The installation of a house fence in the area of RT 11/10, Pisangan Timur Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta has drawn protests. The two-meter-long wall in front of Anisa's house (40), hampered her family's road access.
The wall was not built by Anisa's family but by Widya (45), who is none other than her neighbor. Widya deliberately built the wall because he was annoyed with the behavior of Anisa's family.
He said that Anisa's family often issued harsh and dirty words to him.
"If we don't respect each other, at least don't cause problems. The problem is not physical, but the main thing is psychological. So this is what we find difficult to forgive until now," said Widya at the location, Wednesday, August 3.
Widya claimed that the location of the wall was still on his land, according to data from the National Land Agency (BPN).
He continued, the construction of the wall had been proposed to the kelurahan since July 12, 2020. On Friday, July 29, the wall had already been erected.
"When the wall was built, (Anisa's family) didn't protest. When they got up, they protested," he said.
Meanwhile, Anisa has admitted that the location of the wall is still on Widya's land.
Previously, Anisa had protested and insisted that the wall was in the way of residents.
"Earlier we saw the letter, it turned out to be true, this is his way, there is already a legal letter," said Anisa.
Now Anisa and Widya's families are in mediation, looking for a middle way and assisted by three pillars from Pulogadung District.
"We made (a statement) to maintain the commitment of both parties," said Head of the Intelligence and Security Unit of the Pulogadung Police, Iptu Imam Rohadi.
Furthermore, officers from the three pillars of the Pulogadung area, East Jakarta conducted mediation by summoning the two parties to the conflict regarding road access.
The three pillars that helped mediate the two warring parties were Widya (45), as the resident who built the wall and Anisa (40) who was affected by the wall, namely the Pulogadung Police, Koramil 04/Pulogadung, and the Pulogadung District.
"We are three pillars, from the Pulogadung Police, Pulogadung District, Pulogadung Koramil, along with RT and RW to mediate," said Head of Intelligence and Security at the Pulogadung Police, Iptu Imam Rohadi at the location, Wednesday, August 3.
Imam said, from the mediation it was known that Widya planned to provide access to the walled road.
"Meanwhile, in the future, it will be returned to its original state. That is the hope of all of us," said Imam.
Widya, as the party who blocked the access road, apologized for the noise he had made.
"Let me apologize for this noise, but the decision was originally accumulated from several years ago including being desperate to do this, it might be cruel if YouTube said it," he said.
Widya hopes that with mediation, it is hoped that there will be a way out and the best solution to the problems faced by both parties.
"Certainly if they have good ethics, without any apparatus, without any government officials, sub-districts, sub-districts, we will dismantle this, but again when it is repeated, it is not impossible for us to stay like this again," he said.
On that occasion, Anisa also expressed her appreciation for the officers who had made mediation efforts between herself and the wallers.
"I've seen the letter, it turns out that this is true, he (Widya) already has a valid letter. So from us, we have been mediating in a family manner. So what has been reported so far is not true," closed Anisa.
