Brigadier J's Father Says His Son Always Tells Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's Kindness
JAKARTA - Samuel Hutabarat, the father of Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J, admitted that he had never received a story about death threats from his son before he was found dead.
"Never tell parents about what is circulating on social media," said Samuel in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, July 29.
Samuel said that while serving as an adjutant for the non-active Head of the Propam Police Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in Jakarta, his son never told him anything other than the kindness of Ferdy Sambo's family.
"So as long as the deceased worked with Pak Ferdy Sambo, even from Jambi, he never told what he had experienced at work. He only told stories that were fine," he said.
"As for his girlfriend, we don't know. He never told his parents about what was circulating in the media. So, to be clearer, ask his girlfriend," he continued.
Previously, his girlfriend, Brigadier J, Vera Mareta Simanjuntak, said that before he was found dead, Joshua received death threats.
In fact, the death threats made Brigadier J uneasy to say farewell to Vera.
