The Ministry Of PUPR Disburses IDR 20.6 Billion To Build ASN BPKP NTT Flats

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) has allocated as much as Rp. 20.6 billion for the construction of flats (Rusun) for ASN of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

"This flat is expected to improve the performance of BPKP ASN in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara and can also make East Nusa Tenggara more advanced," said Director General of Housing at the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, quoted from ANTARA, Wednesday, July 27.

He said that the apartment was built with one tower and has various supporting facilities such as multipurpose rooms, management rooms, and sports fields.

Furthermore, Iwan explained, the construction of this flat is part of the One Million Houses Program implemented by the Ministry of PUPR.

The existence of these flats, explained Iwan, is expected to be able to provide decent housing for ASN.

In addition, he also hopes that ASN can immediately form a manager to keep the flats clean so that they can be used for a long time.

Meanwhile, Head of the Nusa Tenggara II Housing Implementation Center, Yublina explained, the ASN BPKP Flats for East Nusa Tenggara Province were built by the East Nusa Tenggara Province Housing Provision Work Unit (P2P) Nusa Tenggara II on a single year contract project in 2021.

The construction contractor is PT. Karuniaga Intisemesta and Management Consultant PT. Buana Engineering Adhigana.

"The total budget used for the construction of flats for the ASN BPKP East Nusa Tenggara is Rp. 20.6 billion," he said.

The construction period of this apartment starts from June to December 2021.

Meanwhile, the facilities in the Flats can be used by BPKP ASN for worship, meeting rooms, and joint sports.

"This flat was built one tower with a height of three floors. The type of housing is type 36 which consists of 44 residential units. The 1st floor has 12 residential units including 1 multi-purpose room, the 2nd floor has 16 residential units, and the 3rd floor has 16 residential units. ," he explained.

One of the residents, Zulkifli, said he was happy and happy to be living in a flat from the Ministry of PUPR.

"Before we lived in a small boarding house, now we can live in a more decent dormitory and the supporting facilities are very good, comfortable, and close to the office," he said.
