On Foot To The Parking Lot, Gibran Is Polite Between DPR Members And Rides A Car

JAKARTA - As the host, the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming, tries to behave politely towards his guests who visit his office.

Even though DPR member Aria Bima had refused to accompany him to the parking lot, Gibran continued to escort the PDI-P politician to a car.

"By the way, Mas, it's okay [no need to deliver, ed]," said Aria, who walked towards the parking lot at the Solo Mayor's office, quoted from the Surakarta News YouTube channel.

Gibran continued to walk beside Aria approaching the parking area around the pavilion in front of the Solo Mayor's office area. Aria also embraced Gibran as he walked.

Aria's visit to Solo was in the context of a council member's recess. He talked about Solo with Gibran in the mayor's office.

"How Mas Wali represents the assets of the City of Solo, it becomes our pride which is not only an object of foreign culture, but also places Indonesia as a subject to talk about civilization embodied in our art narratives," said Aria.

The 57-year-old politician also received Gibran's presentation while visiting Paris recently. Gibran's visit to France was to introduce Solo culture and bring the city's MSME products he leads.

"Don't be a wender wader. That's what I got from his artistic mission to France yesterday. That's one of the things that must be made a tradition as a form of how we build self-confidence as a nation," said Aria.
