Mandalika Development, Ministry Of Manpower Immediately Build Platform Ready To Work In Central Lombok
JAKARTA - The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower will soon build a work-ready platform in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), to bring services closer to job seekers.
"This work-ready platform service will be integrated with the Central Lombok Regency Government Public Service Mall", said Head of the Center for Manpower Policy Development at the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, Muhyiddin, after a coordination meeting with the Praya Training and Skills Agency (BLK) in Central Lombok, Tuesday. July 19.
The work-ready platform, he said, is a one-stop service for the Ministry of Manpower to bring government servants closer to the workforce, job seekers, and companies seeking employment.
In addition, this platform service is to connect job information to job seekers, especially in the Central Lombok region.
"Residents who want to work can come directly to the platform to apply for work", he said, quoted by Antara.
He said the government also continues to provide training to the community to prepare the competencies of job seekers needed by companies.
Central Lombok was chosen, according to him, because of the economic growth in the area with the development of Mandalika which will require ready-to-work workers.

This work-ready platform service will also serve the recruitment of prospective Indonesian migrant workers (CPMI) so that the public can get information about work in the destination country.
"Don't let these CPMIs be dispatched illegally", he said.
The head of the Central Lombok BLK, Dedet Zelthauzallam, expressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Manpower for the plan to build the ready-to-work platform.
"We hope that this work-ready platform service can be built in Central Lombok", he said.
