Mass Shooting At Indiana Mall US, Perpetrator And 3 Dead
JAKARTA - A gunman killed three people in a shooting at a shopping mall cafeteria outside the city of Indianapolis, United States (US) on Sunday local time.
Quoted by ANTARA from Reuters on Monday, July 18, Greenwood Police Chief Jim Ison, Indianapolis Star reported that two other people were injured in the incident, which occurred late in the evening at Greenwood Park Mall.
Police believe someone also carrying a gun saw the incident and shot the assailant.
The lone gunman was carrying a rifle and several boxes of ammunition, according to the newspaper.
Police have not released the names of the victims, perpetrators and the person who paralyzed the perpetrators. Visitors and mall employees ran for cover when gunshots rang out.

The incident comes amid US public concern over the recent series of shootings at schools, offices and public spaces.
Mass shootings since May at a New York department store, at an elementary school in Texas and at an Independence Day parade in Illinois have heightened debate over gun regulation in the country.
The US House Judiciary Committee will present a bill this week that would ban certain assault weapons, the committee said Friday. The bill is not expected to pass in the Senate.
