Dishub Tow Forces 2 Cars To Park Carelessly In Bogor

BOGOR - Bogor Regency Transportation Service (Dishub) officers, forcibly transported four-wheeled vehicles that were parked carelessly on the highway.

"The owner did not come, so we transported them by being towed to the Dishub office and were given a ticket," said Head of the Bogor Regency Transportation Agency, Agus Ridhallah, while carrying out control on Sentul Alternative Street, Bogor, quoted from Antara, Friday, July 15.

At least two vehicles were forcibly transported by being towed by officers. Meanwhile, several other vehicles were moved by their owners because they were reluctant to be transported by officers.

"We ask for vehicles that have owners to move their vehicles," he explained. According to him, the number of vehicles parked haphazardly is because many businesses, especially in the culinary field, do not prepare adequate parking spaces for visitors who come.

Agus emphasized that the control of indiscriminate parking vehicles will continue to be carried out, especially around locations prone to traffic jams. This activity is intended to make motorists aware of the rules of traffic.

Because, said Agus, parking vehicles on the road, apart from narrowing the road, also has the potential to endanger other road users.

"We hope that the public knows and understands the rules of traffic order. Business actors also if they open a business to prepare adequate parking spaces," he said.
