Arrested 1x24 Hours After Stealing 56 LPG Cylinders In Jepara, These 3 Perpetrators Claimed To Have Action Up To Kudus And Pati

JEPARA - Jepara Resort Police, Central Java arrested three perpetrators of theft of 3 kilograms of LPG cylinders who acted across districts with 56 pieces of evidence as evidence.

The Jepara Police Chief, AKBP Warsono, said the three perpetrators who were arrested had the initials NY (37) a resident of Welahan and MZ (41) a resident of Kalinyamatan, Jepara and AS (41) a resident of Wedung, Demak.

"The three perpetrators took action at a shop in the Damarjati village area, Kalinyamatan District, Jepara last Monday at around 01.00 WIB," he explained in Jepara, Antara, Thursday, July 14.

Before taking action, the two actors, namely NY and the US, circled around monitoring the situation. After the situation was safe, the suspect entered the shop by breaking the lock using iron scissors.

After entering the suspects took 56 LPG cylinders which were transported using a car driven by another suspect, namely MZ. Then the LPG cylinders were sold to several shops in the areas of Jepara, Kudus and Pati.

The arrest of this suspect did not take long, because less than 24 hours after receiving the theft report, the Jepara Police Resmob team conducted an investigation and succeeded in identifying the suspects and making arrests.

Not only securing the suspect, the members also secured evidence in the form of 51 3 kg LPG cylinders, one Toyota Avanza car, one large guntung, two T letter keys, one screwdriver, one crowbar, one saw and Rp1 in cash. ,7 million.

According to the suspect's confession, the theft of LPG cylinders was carried out in several districts, such as Kudus, Pati and Jepara.

For Jepara Regency, there are nine crime scenes (TKP), namely in Welahan, Bangsri and Kalinyamatan each with two crime scenes, then Pakis Aji, Tahunan, and Pecangaan each with one crime scene.

For his actions, the suspects were charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code which carries a maximum sentence of nine years in prison.
