President Jokowi's Cow As Heavy As 803 Kg Has Been Given To The Mosque In Kaur Bengkulu

JAKARTA - The Bengkulu Provincial Government has handed over sacrificial animals from President Joko Widodo to the administrator of the Jamik Syifa Mosque Ali Tasrik in Rigangan Village, Central Kelam District, Kaur Regency.

Head of the Bureau of Government and People's Welfare of the Bengkulu Regional Secretariat, Syariffudin, said that the sacrificial animals from the President were handed over to mosque administrators in Kaur in the form of cows weighing 803 kilograms.

According to him, sacrificial cows from the President were purchased from breeders in Tebat Kubu Village, Manna City District, South Bengkulu Regency.

The Bengkulu Animal Husbandry and Health Service assigned officers to check their health and quarantine the sacrificial cattle before being sent to Kaur Regency.

In 2021, President Joko Widodo handed over 780 kilograms of cattle for sacrifices to Padang Beringin Village, Manna City District, South Bengkulu Regency.
