SAR Team Finds Boy Who Died Drowning In Cimanis River Cirebon
CIREBON - The joint SAR team found the victim drowned in the Cimanis River, Cirebon Regency, West Java, in a state of death. The victim has been evacuated to the funeral home.
"We have found the victim dead," said Cirebon SAR Post Rescue Team Commander Edy Pamungkas as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, July 6.
Edy said the victim on behalf of Adam (11) was found 10 meters from the scene, drowned in a floating state and died.
After being found by the SAR team, Edy continued, evacuating the victim to the funeral home to be handed over to the family.
"We have handed over the victim to the family, for further burial," he said.
With the discovery of two drowning victims in the Cimanis River, Cirebon Regency, the SAR operation was closed, and the members returned to their respective units.
There were also SAR elements involved, including the Cirebon SAR Post, Cirebon Police Polairud, Karangsuwung Koramil, Satpol-PP, Sigong Village Officials, and others.
"All SAR teams have returned to their respective units, after the victim was found," he said.
On Tuesday (5/7) the SAR team received reports of two children drowning in the Cimanis River, in which two victims were found dead.
