Corruption Case Of Land Sale And Purchase, AGO Examines President Director Of Adhi Karya
JAKARTA - Investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General's Office examined PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk President Director Entus Asnawi Mukhson as a witness in the alleged corruption case against the purchase of land by PT Adhi Persada Realti.
"EAM as the President Director of PT Adhi Karya was examined to explain the equity (investment) funds and loans related to the purchase of 20 hectares of land in the Cinere and Limo areas by PT Adhi Persada Realiti," said Head of the Attorney General's Office for Legal Information Center Ketut Sumedana quoted by Antara, Wednesday, July 6th.
PT Adhi Persada Realti (APR) is a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. The AGO investigated cases that occurred in the period 2012 to 2013.
In addition to the President Director of PT Adhi Karya, investigators also examined the Head of the Depok City One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Investment Service, Manggulung Mansur. According to Ketut, the investigation into Manggulung is related to two land location permits purchased by PT APR. The first permit is Depok Mayor Decree Number 591/229/Kpts/Pem. Otda/ Huk/ 2007 dated October 10, 2007 regarding the Granting of Location Permits for Housing Development covering an area of approximately 180,000 square meters (m2) located in Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City on behalf of PT Cahaya Inti Cemerlang along with a map of the location attached.
Then the second permit is contained in the Decree of the Mayor of Depok Number 591/373/Kpts/BPMP2T/Huk/2012 dated September 14, 2012 concerning the Granting of Location Permits for Housing Development covering an area of approximately 147,258 m2 located in Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City on behalf of PT Adhi Persada Realty along with a location map attachment.
"The examination of witnesses was carried out to strengthen evidence and complete the filing in the case of alleged corruption in the purchase of land parcels by PT Adhi Persada Realti in 2012 to 2013," said Ketut.
Previously, the Attorney General's Office officially raised the status of handling cases of alleged corruption in the purchase of land parcels by PT Adhi Persada Realti (a subsidiary of Adhi Karya) for the 2012-2013 period to the general investigation stage.
The status of the handling of this case was officially raised to the general investigation stage on Monday (6/6), based on the Investigation Order of the Director of Investigation of the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes Number: Print-35/F.2/Fd.2/06/2022 dated 6 June 2022.
