In 2021, the number of JKN participants will reach 235 million, an increase compared to the previous year's 13 million. This increase is in line with the increase in health service facilities. On this occasion, the President Director of BPJS Kesehatan also conveyed that the accumulated contributions in 2021 will reach Rp. 143.32 trillion, an increase of Rp. 14 trillion from the previous year. The audit results from BPJS Kesehatan were able to maintain Unmodified Fair Opinions with a user satisfaction index reaching 87 points, a significant increase from the previous year.
