Starting September 1st, Trial Of Buying Subsidized Fuel Using MyPertamina Is Implemented In Jakarta

JAKARTA - The government through Pertamina has officially opened registration on the MyPertamina website and application for users of Pertalite and subsidized Solar Oil (BBM) today.

At this initial stage, the government will conduct trials in 11 cities in Indonesia, namely, Bukit Tinggi City, Agam Regency, Padang Panjang Regency, Tanah Datar Regency, Banjarmasin City, Bandung City, Tasikmalaya City, Ciamis Regency, Manado City, Yogyakarta City and Sukabumi City.

Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Marketing Director, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, said that Pertamina carried out several implementation phase schemes, the execution of which is still being discussed with the relevant local government.

Based on this initial plan, Pertamina has just opened registration in 11 cities.

Meanwhile, for the second wave later, Pertamina still has to see the development of usage in Java.

"We plan to have Wave 2 in mid-August or September 1. But we haven't finalized it yet, so we are still concentrating on registering the first wave," he said in a webinar in Jakarta, quoted on Friday, July 1.

Previously reported, PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga announced the registration of Pertalite Fuel Oil (BBM) and subsidized Solar through the MyPertamina website specifically for four-wheeled vehicles or cars.

"Starting on July 1, registration will be open until July 30, 2022. During this registration and transition period, people can still buy Pertalite and Solar, but we still encourage people to register their vehicles and identity. We also reiterate, it is not mandatory to have the MyPertamina application However, you must register on the website subsiditepat.mypertamina.id, and this is specifically for four-wheeled vehicles," said Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Irto Ginting.
