Optimizing Digital Channels, BRI Optimistic The Number Of Super Rich Customers Grows 15 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BRI) is said to continue to optimize digital channels to improve business performance. One of the company's goals is the growth of the wealth management business.

BRI's Director of Consumer Business, Handayani, said that his party is currently promoting massive financial literacy activities to increase awareness to the general public about the importance of financial management.

"BRI is optimistic that the wealth management business will continue to grow. The growth in the number of priority customers this year is expected to increase significantly by more than 15 percent," he said in a press statement on Monday, June 20.

According to Handayani, the company carries out various strategies, including financial education on social media, broadcast communication, as well as online and offline events.

"The growth of this segment's business will be more complete, supported by the optimization of digital technology," he said.

Handayani also explained that BRI provides strategic financial planning services, financial asset protection, and seeks to form generation wealth not only in one generation. All special privileges are also presented to support selected BRI Prioritas personal activities.
