Operations Director Until 'Bungkus Night' E-flyer Spreader Becomes A Suspect
JAKARTA - The police have named a suspect in an alleged online prostitution case based on an e-flyer with the theme 'Bungkus Night' which has gone viral on social media. One of them is the Director of Operations.
"The initials of ODC are as director or operational person in charge. We make them a suspect," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto to reporters at the National Police Headquarters, Monday, June 20.
Then, regional managers to those who posted e-flyers to social media were also named as suspects. The determination of the suspect is based on the results of the examination and the evidence that has been collected.
However, Budhi denied that there were five suspects previously mentioned. He confirmed that so far there were four people.
"Then the second initials were DL as regional manager, then brother AK as the creative team who created the content, and then brother MI who posted the ad," he said.
"Of the eight that were investigated, only four suspects we suspect are responsible for the incident," continued Budhi.
Apart from the determination of the suspect, investigators will explore how many times the 'Bungkus Night' event has been held. Because the e-flyer says Vol-2.
"Whether it's just the origin of writing or is there already a volume one before, we conducted an in-depth investigation into this issue," said Budhi.
In this case, the suspects were charged with Article 27 of the ITE Law and Article 45 concerning decency and pornography.
For information, the 'Bungkus Night' event is referred to as a paid sexual transaction event held at a massage center or spa at Ruko Grand Wijaya Blok H24, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
