Members Of The House Of Representatives Want ATR Minister Hadi Tjahjanto To Resolve Land Issues For IKN Nusantara
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of Commission II of the House of Representatives Yanuar Prihatin warned the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto to resolve communication barriers and the settlement of land for the State Capital (IKN) with local residents, customary lands, to the sultanate. .
Yanuar Prihatin assessed that the change of Minister of ATR/Head of BPN implied a message about President Jokowi wanting more guaranteed targets in the land sector to be achieved.
"The issue of IKN land must be resolved immediately. The president seems to have caught that IKN land is not clear and clean. There are still barriers to communication and settlement of IKN land with local residents, customary lands, to the sultanate," said Yanuar as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 17.
Therefore, according to him, the IKN land issue is one of the urgent issues that must be resolved by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN.
According to him, the position of Minister of ATR which was carried out by a former TNI Commander is expected to be resolved more quickly, peacefully, and the settlement options can be accepted by all relevant stakeholders.
"More important of all is the achievement target of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in the remaining term of President Jokowi until 2024. This ministerial change implies that Jokowi wants targets in the land sector to be guaranteed to be achieved," he said.
According to him, various land issues must be resolved properly, especially those related to land mafia, land certification, agrarian reform, human resources in the land sector, and work culture at the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
