Fajar/Rian Win Match Against Bagas/Fikri, Qualify For The Quarter Finals Of Indonesia Open 2022

JAKARTA — Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto men's doubles secured a ticket to the quarter-finals of the Indonesia Open 2022. They became the last representatives of the Red and White to qualify for the last eight.

Fajar/Rian got the ticket after defeating their junior pair Bagas Maulana/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri 21-10, 10-21, 21-15 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on Thursday, June 16.

This result also made Indonesia place as many as four representatives in the quarter-finals of the 10 representatives who fought today. Men's doubles sector dominated by sending two representatives.

Previously, the ticket was already secured by the pair Pramudya Kusumawardana / Yeremia Rambitan. Meanwhile, the other two Indonesian representatives who qualified were Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti and Anthony Sinisuka Ginting.
