Today Iko Uwais Will Be Questioned Regarding The Beating Case
JAKARTA - Artist Iko Uwais will be investigated for the alleged beating case reported by Rudi. The inspection is scheduled for today.
"Today, Iko Uwais, according to a summons from the Bekasi City Police Criminal Investigation Unit, will undergo an examination at the Bekasi City Metro Police," said Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police Kombes E. Zulpan when confirmed, Tuesday, June 14.
The examination was carried out to clarify and find common threads over the alleged beating.
Iko Uwais and his partner, Firmansyah, were policed by a man named Rudi on suspicion of a beating case.
This case started with Rudi who asked for money as payment for interior design services. However, it ended in a beating.
The report has been registered with the number LP/B/1.737/VI/2022/SPKT/Satreskrim/Polres Metro Bekasi.
In the process of handling this case, the police said that in the process they had examined two witnesses. They are Rudi's wife and someone who is said to have been at the scene when the attack took place.
"Several witnesses, there are two witnesses who have been examined," said Zulpan.
