Here We Go! Real Madrid Reach Agree With AS Monaco To Buy Aurelien Tchouameni For IDR 1.5 Trillion

JAKARTA - Real Madrid is getting closer to its ambition to recruit AS Monaco midfielder, Aurelien Tchouameni. Los Blancos have reportedly agreed with Monaco regarding the transfer value of the player.

This agreement was reached after the two sides held a series of meetings. Now, a number of details remain to be completed by Real Madrid and Monaco to complete the transfer of Tchouameni.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said Real Madrid had agreed to pay 80 million euros (around Rp. 1.2 trillion) plus several additions which brought the player's transfer value to 100 million euros (equivalent to Rp. 1.5 trillion).

"Aurelien Tchouameni goes to Real Madrid, here we go!" Romano chirped on his Twitter account.

Apart from Real Madrid, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are actually also interested in Tchouameni. In fact, the two clubs have also contacted Monaco regarding their desire to bring in the French player.

However, Tchouameni only wants Real Madrid. Reportedly, Los Blancos will tie the player to a contract until 2027.

Romano revealed that a personal agreement between Real Madrid and the player had already been established before the 2021/2022 Champions League final. The two sides met in Paris.
