Two Perpetrators Of Beating The Child Of A PDIP Politician On The Jakarta City Inner Toll Road Arrested By The Police

JAKARTA - The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Polda Metro Jaya has arrested two men suspected of beating Justin Frederick on the Inner City Toll Road, Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta.

"We have secured both of them, we will check them tonight," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol. Hengki Haryadi, in Jakarta, as quoted by Antara, Saturday, June 4.

However, Hengki has not explained in more detail the arrests of the two perpetrators whose videos have gone viral on social media.

He said that at this time his party was still investigating the two people.

"We will arrest and hold them according to their capacity," said Hengki.

Previously viral on social media videos of beatings by two men on the Inner City Toll Road, Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, on Saturday.

In the video, it can be seen that the victim fell into the street after receiving a beating from one of the alleged perpetrators.

It is not yet known what caused the commotion that led to the beating.

The victim, known as Justin Frederick and the son of a PDIP politician, Indah Kurnia, immediately made a report of the beating against him to the Polda Metro Jaya and was registered with the number LP / B / 2720 / VI / 2022 / SPKT / POLDA METRO JAYA dated June 4, 2022.
