To Boost Practice Sessions Ahead Of Comeback, McGregor Gifts His Coach A Ford Ranger Wildtrak Car Worth IDR 567.4 Million

JAKARTA - Conor McGregor seems satisfied with the performance of his coach who continues to boost him ahead of his comeback to the octagon.

The Notorious - McGregor's nickname - made headlines last week while attending the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival. She attended the party after the premiere of the film Elvis, where she was caught red-handed with Kylie Minogue.

McGregor and his girlfriend Dee Devlin were also seen holding glasses of whiskey on their way to a dinner party.

The couple and their children then headed to Monaco on the super luxury yacht Lamborghini, to enjoy a Grand Prix weekend on the iconic street circuit.

There, The Notorious outlines his plans to return to the octagon, and promises to 'step up training' when he returns from vacation.

And there's no reason for his coach, John Kavanagh, not to be able to make extra sessions. The Sun reports that the former two-time UFC champion has gifted him a new Ford Ranger Wildtrak, for a reported price tag of more than £31,000.

"Many thanks to @properwhiskey and of course The King of Whiskey @thenotoriousmma for this new vehicle. Looks great in the sun outside @sbgireland," via Instagram, Kavanagh wrote.

As McGregor draws near to his return to the octagon, speculation is rife about who he will face for his comeback fight. Initially, the preferred options were a fourth fight with Dustin Poirier, or a trilogy fight against Nate Diaz.

However, he has not ruled out a direct fight with reigning UFC Lightweight champion Charles Oliveira. His new, larger appearance has also fueled speculation that he plans to fight at light heavyweight or even heavyweight.

Despite suffering three defeats from his last four UFC fights, including back-to-back losses to Poirier, any clash involving the Irishman is likely to involve a large sum of money.
