Child Abuse Perpetrators In Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta Often Angry And Upset Because Of Economic Factors

At first, the perpetrator was locked in a room and then asked his son to go to the shop to buy something by way of debt.
The son, MRI, refused because of embarrassment. The perpetrator was so emotional that he threw glasses and glass bottles in the kitchen. The perpetrator then abused his two children with the initials MRI and MA (14).
"The perpetrator hit the MRI using his right hand which clenched into the forehead once and the left eye temple 2 times and used a paralon pipe to hit the stomach once," said the police chief.
Meanwhile, MA was beaten using his right hand which clenched into his right cheek and stomach, while his right ear, left arm and stomach were hit using a paralon pipe which was held in the perpetrator's right hand.

As a result of the beating, MRI experienced pain in the head and stomach, while MA suffered a tear on the calf of his right leg, bruised right cheek, red bruises on his stomach. After receiving the victim's report, the police immediately arrested the perpetrator. The perpetrator was arrested 4 days after the police received the report. The perpetrator was arrested while hiding at his parents' house in Tegal, Central Java.
"The perpetrator was charged with Article 44 of RI Law NO. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and or Article 80 of RI's Law NO. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Indonesian Law NO. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection," he concluded.
