Allegedly Receiving Facilities Until The Mandalika MotoGP Ticket, Lili Pintauli Siregar Is Still Being Investigated By The KPK Council
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (Dewas KPK) questioned KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar regarding alleged ethical violations, Monday, May 30.
"An investigation is being carried out," said Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean, chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission, at the Anti-Corruption Education Center (ACLC) building which is also the office of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Jakarta, quoted from Antara.
Lili was again reported to the KPK Council for allegedly receiving hotel accommodation facilities to tickets to watch the 2022 MotoGP race at the Mandalika International Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), from a state-owned company (BUMN).
However, he did not explain further about the material for the examination of Lili.
"It wasn't me who checked, so I didn't go into too much depth," said Tumpak.
He said the KPK Council continued to collect information by asking for information from several parties in order to prove the alleged violation of Lili's ethics.
"Many more are being investigated," said Tumpak.
Previously, the KPK Council had also collected materials and information from PT Pertamina (Persero).
"So clarify. Now the Council is gathering materials and information. From who? From all parties involved, including Pertamina. If asked who, we can't tell who we will clarify," said Member of the KPK Council, Albertina Ho in the building ACLC, Jakarta, last Thursday.
Lili was once given a severe sanction in the form of cutting her basic salary by 40 percent for 12 months because she was proven to have violated the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct in the form of abusing her influence as a KPK leader for personal interests and dealing directly with the party whose case is being handled by the KPK, namely the Mayor of Tanjungbalai, M. Syahrial.
