To Complain Rizky Febian Dominate Lina Jubaedah's Kosan, Teddy Pardiyana Wants To Share The Results
JAKARTA - Teddy Pardiyana's party complained to Rizky Febian for allegedly taking over assets owned by the late Lina Jubaedah. The singer is said to have taken a boarding house income for two years.
"It's still in the complaint stage. There are allegations of a criminal act of taking possession of our client's assets, Mr. Teddy, without permission. It's just a complaint first," said Wati as Teddy's attorney today, Friday, May 27.
In his report, Teddy's side complained about a man with the initials RF who is the son of Sule and Lina. The assets of the boarding house in Bojongsoang worth 32 doors were owned by Teddy before he married Lina.
“The assets belonged to Mr. Teddy, obtained before marrying the deceased. There is proof of sale and purchase receipts and original certificates," Wati said as quoted from Paragram Official.
Suspicion began when Teddy did not receive any income from the rented boarding house. It turned out that the boarding house manager said the income was given to the RF party, namely Rizky Febian.
"Because the boarding house payment is every month, information from the boarding house manager is given to them (RF). What we are concerned about is not the inheritance but Mr. Teddy's assets," explained Wati.
Reportedly the boarding house has been managed by RF since the mother died. Teddy's attorney also said that the boarding house's assets were considered to be part of the inheritance assets section by their side.
"(Income) 2 billion. Here, if they really want to take the assets of the boarding house, go ahead. But Mr. Teddy asked for 500 (million) for the benefit of his son until he grew up. While working in America, the money was put into a boarding house but (the assets) were given away,” said Wati.
Because it is still conjecture, Teddy's party opened the door for Rizky Febian's side to communicate about the assets of this boarding house. But if otherwise, Teddy's side is ready to take this case to law.
