Queen Elizabeth Determines The Fate Of Prince Harry And Meghan Markle
JAKARTA - Queen Elizabeth II is reportedly going to meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who want to quit the British royal family. The plan of the meeting will be in Sandringham, Norfolk, England.
Prince Charles and Prince William will also attend the meeting. The two of them will also discuss the status of Harry and Meghan Markle who want to release their royal status.
Previously, the couple Harry and Meghan Markle gave a statement that they would both leave the British royal family. They want to live independently without any royal status and live in North America.
The Windsor family's announcement was allegedly due to a crisis of divisions among the senior royals of the British empire in the 21st century. Separately, Prince William expressed his sorrow at his younger brother's plans to quit the royal family.
"I have embraced my brother all my life and I can not do that anymore, we are now a separate entity," William was quoted as saying by the British newspaper, the Sunday Times.
It is known that Harry and Meghan did not consult Queen Elizabeth or Prince Charles about their plans. This is certainly considered an impolite and premature move by a family that has existed for thousands of years in European history.
Prince Harry and Meghan say they want to create a new, progressive role for themselves and seek to become financially independent.
Until now, however, the couple did not explain how to live the "half royal" life. Many also question how they can fulfill their lifestyle later on after actually leaving the kingdom. Meghan Markle is known to have returned to Canada with their son, Archie.
In a sign of how strained relations between the kingdom and Harry are, British newspapers said Harry and Meghan could provide extensive information to major networks in the United States.
