The Feud Between Polda Metro And In-laws Will Take Restorative Justice: Family Problems
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya will take restorative justice steps in handling AKP DK's feud with his in-laws, Nurmila Sangaji. The reason, this feud is based on domestic problems.
"We will of course also prioritize restorative justice if possible in handling this," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Friday, May 27.
The settlement by means of restorative justice is in accordance with the order of the Chief of Police (Perkap) number 8 of 2021 concerning the Handling of Crimes based on Restorative Justice, recorded in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
In addition, the Propam Polda Metro Jaya will also ask for information on AKP DK and Nurmila Sangaji. However, it is not detailed about the time of the examination.
"(Inspection, red) Just for clarification," said Zulpan.
The feud between the two began when the AKP DK reported Nurmila Sangaji to the Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of a theft case.
This form of theft was because Nurmila Sangaji took the belongings of her son, Iptu CS, who had died and was the wife of AKP DK.
Disappointed with the report, Nurmila Sangaji reported the AKP DK to the National Police Porpam on suspicion of being unprofessional.
