213 CPNS In West Pasaman Receive SK, Regent: Serving Well And Sincerely
SUMBAR - A total of 213 prospective civil servants (CPNS) in the West Pasaman Regency formation in 2021 received a decision letter (SK) of appointment from the regent, Tuesday, May 24.
Secretary of the Human Resources Agency for West Pasaman Regency, Emnita Nadirua, said that the number of applicants for CPNS in West Pasaman was quite high.
From the formation that was opened there were 6,210 applicants and 213 people were declared to have passed the national selection committee.
"Today they received a decree from the regent," he said in West Pasaman, West Sumatra (West Sumatra), quoted from Antara, Tuesday, May 14.
West Pasaman Regent Hamsuardi added that currently graduating CPNS should not be asked to change assignments.
This is because applicants have been placed in accordance with the formation location determined by the Minister of State Apparatus in the work unit applied for.
He emphasized that by being appointed as a civil servant, he certainly should be grateful because there are still many people out there who wish to become civil servants.
"One of the manifestations of your gratitude is that you work and serve well and sincerely, enthusiastically and full of responsibility," he said.
He said that civil servants are also bound by staffing rules, codes of ethics and behavior. Civil servants need to think ahead about the consequences of their actions and behavior as an ASN in society.
"So that they are able to become civil servants who are truly oriented to improving services and community development," he said.
He emphasized that civil servants are future leaders. For this reason, integrity, loyalty and credibility must be demonstrated from the start.
"So it will expand opportunities to improve careers to the next level to become an official or head of an agency," he said.
For that, he said, be a civil servant who is able to show a quality and professional figure, maintain his identity and stick to the code of ethics.
