Occupying The Top, Two Indonesian PUBG Mobile Teams In The Team Category Enter The Final
JAKARTA - The PUBG Mobile qualification round for the 2021 SEA Games Team category, which was supposed to be held on Wednesday, May 18, had to be postponed to Thursday, May 19 due to technical problems.
In this qualifying round for the PUBG Mobile Team category, nine countries participated, namely Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Laos, Brunei Darussalam, and Thailand.
Each country sent two teams, except for Cambodia which only sent one team. This means that the total number of teams in this round is 17 teams.
Just like the previous category PUBGM, all teams will play five games. The map that was played in the first game was Erangel, then Miramar, Sanhok, returned to Erangel and Miramar in the fourth and fifth games.
In the first game, Indonesia 2 (Team Garuda) which consisted of Jason Jayden (Jayden), Bagus Prabaswara (Luxxy), Muhammad Albi (Ryzen), Genta Fostar (GenFos), and also Febrianto Genta Prakasa (SvafVel) managed to get the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. . Indonesia managed to collect 12 elims and 27 total points.
In the second game for the PUBG Mobile number for the Team category, Brunei won with 7 elims, and 22 total points. On the Sanhok map, it was Malaysia 1's turn to win WWCD with a total of 7 elims, and 23 total points.
Until the third game, the Indonesia 1 and Indonesia 2 teams still showed a stable performance by always bringing points, either from placement points or elimination points.
Not wanting to lose to the previous three teams, Thailand 2 won the fourth game with 21 elims points and 36 total points. Cambodia showed its fangs in the fifth game, and got WWCD with 15 elims points, as well as 20 total points.
Surprisingly, even though they only managed to get one WWCD, Indonesia 2 managed to top the competition in the qualifying round.
