Inaugurating 43 Functional Officials, Secretary General Of The Corruption Eradication Commission: Hopefully Able To Embrace The Trust To Become ASN With Integrity-Free Intervention

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) inaugurated 43 employees in new functional positions today, Thursday, May 19. During the inauguration, the Secretary General of the KPK, Cahya H. Harefa, had hope for these dozens of people, one of which was free from political intervention.

"Congratulations to the 43 employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who were sworn in as functional officials within the KPK. Hopefully they are able to carry out their mandate as ASN who have professional integrity, are neutral, and are free from political intervention and are free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). )," said Cahya during the inauguration held at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, May 19.

Cahya explained, functional positions are included in career positions and are only followed by civil servants. This is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 5 of 2014.

The position is aimed at career development and professional improvement according to the scope and duties of each.

After being sworn in, Cahya hopes that these employees will have a good performance and always follow the KPK's vision and mission. "And always give meaning and sincerity in every work and work that is done," he said.

"I hope that all Functional Officers who are appointed today will immediately adapt and work with full responsibility and enthusiasm to carry out their duties and functions in accordance with applicable regulations," added Cahya.

In detail, a number of new functional positions were filled by 43 employees, namely 1 person as a functional assessor of Apparatus HR, 11 people as HR apparatus analyst, 9 people as HR apparatus for apparatus, 21 auditors, and 1 analyst of APBN financial management.

The Functional Position of Auditor is to carry out planning, organizing, technical implementation, controlling, and monitoring evaluation activities. For the Functional Position of Apparatus HR Assessor, it is to carry out competency/potential assessment activities as a basis for the practice of human resource management/apparatus personnel.

Then the Functional Position of Apparatus HR Analyst is managing the Apparatus HR system through activities of formulation, analysis, evaluation, development, assistance, consultation and preparation of policy advice in the context of needs and interests in accordance with the legislation and the latest professional HR practices.

Meanwhile, the task of the Functional Position of the Apparatus HR Institution is to carry out administrative structuring activities for the management and service of civil servants of the state civil apparatus. Lastly, for the Functional Position of State Budget Financial Management Analyst, namely carrying out analysis of APBN financial management including engagement and settlement of bills, execution of payment orders, and analysis of agency financial reports.
