VIDEO: Police Reveals 24 Suspected Terrorists Of The MIT Group

JAKARTA - The National Police said 24 suspected terrorists from the East Indonesia Mujahideen group or MIT were supporters of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or ISIS. They have pledged allegiance to the international terrorist group. In that pledge, they vowed to support the new ISIS leader, Abu al-Hassan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi. However, it has not been clearly explained since when they became supporters of the ISIS group. This was conveyed by Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Tuesday (17/5/2022). From the arrests, 10 firearms and hundreds of ammunition were confiscated as evidence. There was also evidence in the form of 9 air rifles or PCPs. The rifle was obtained from the results of a search of the homes of the terrorist suspects. Watch the video below.
